If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in conflict with food, your body, or your thoughts, you’re not alone. Many children, teens, and adults struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions that make daily life feel exhausting and uncertain. People often seek therapy to understand themselves better, regain balance and clarity, and build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with their emotions and body. Often, they are thoughtful and resilient individuals who have been coping for a long time and are now ready to move beyond survival toward feeling safer, more connected, and more at ease within themselves.
When we work together, we begin by identifying what feels most overwhelming and finding ways to ease those immediate struggles. As things begin to settle, we gently explore your life story; the relationships, experiences, and inner patterns that shape how you see yourself and move through the world. Through curiosity and reflection, we work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I am a therapist in training working under close supervision, with over 10 years of experience as a psychologist in Brazil, supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I offer therapy in Portuguese and English and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported.
